I am an Indigenous Photographer, but I am also a mother who 10 years ago bought a camera to capture my own family's memories. Once I sought out a highly recognized newborn photographer's studio outside of the city, which came with a large price tag. That was when I realized what a disadvantage attaining such services are for many people as this was quite the investment I had to make. Since then I have captured my own and extended family's memories and attained 2 Photography Certifications from MacEwan University in order to provide affordable, accessible and high quality professional photography services to Indigenous communities.
